Guided by his faith since his early years, Ric Olson’s passion is helping leaders serve from a place of deep abundance. Ric believes strongly in living life to the fullest amidst the highest peaks and the lowest valleys, and everywhere in between. Ric has dedicated the vast majority of his working life to serving elders within the senior living arena, and his consulting business Lessons Learned Solutions provides relief and healing to leaders of smaller senior living communities. He has spent his work career living in Lake County, Illinois and as of September 1, 2017 in Andover, Minnesota.
